This service is a favorite among many of my clients, as it is often times one of the keys to a happier, healthier life. You will receive one hour personal consultation, followed by 8 personal guided meditations ranging from 8-20 minutes long. These guided meditations will concentrate on your customized plan to help bring you guidance and clarity.
